Prof. B. Mahadevan

Sri B. Mahadevan is a professor of Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru. He has close to 30 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, and academic administration at IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Bengaluru and other reputed institutions such as IIT Delhi and XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Professor Mahadevan was the founder Vice-chancellor of Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth – a university for applied Sanskrit and Indian Wisdom.
He was a visiting scholar at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, New Hampshire.
Professor Mahadevan’s research interests include researching the possibility of using ancient Indian wisdom to address contemporary concerns, spirituality in the workplace, and management paradigms from Bhagavad Gita.
Prof. Sushant Joshi

Dr. Sushant Joshi is an academician, teacher, technocrat, and trainer. His areas of expertise include Computer Science, Marketing, Strategy, Research and Employability Skills. He has served as the Dean of M.B.A. at Jain College – Belagavi; and Controller of Examinations at the KLS Institute of Management Education and Research. Being on the board of Industry, Academic and Social organizations, he is the Co-convenor of Prabuddha Bharat Belagavi – a distinguished Intellectual Social Responsibility Initiative, renowned for its National Conclaves.
Dr. Vinayachandra Banavathy

As a member of the Founding Team of Chanakya University, Dr. Vinayachandra holds key positions, including Chief Consultant, Strategic Initiatives, and Director, Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems. Previously, he served as the Director of Communications. He’s also the co-founder of Indica Yoga, offering authentic yoga experiences and training. Dr. Vinayachandra holds a PhD in psychological insights from the Vedas and has a background in Sanskrit, English, Yogic Science, and Applied Psychology.
Trained in traditional Gurukulam education for six years, Dr. Vinayachandra is a dedicated teacher, who travels globally, conducting courses and workshops on Yoga, Psychology, and Sanskrit. He’s been a guest faculty at various universities and yoga associations in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Israel, China, Ireland, Italy, France, Singapore, and the USA. With nearly two decades of experience in research, teaching, and policy formulation, Dr. Vinayachandra has served as a Senior Consultant to the Committee to Draft the National Educational Policy and Director of Veda Vijnana Shodha Samsthanam.
Dr. Vinayachandra’s publications include a report on standardization of Yoga Terminologies for WHO and books on Indian psychology and happiness. He’s a dedicated teacher and researcher who has taught at Sri Sri University and other institutions. Passionate about working with children and youth, Dr. Vinayachandra is involved with cultural and service organizations and has curated festivals, conferences, and workshops on yoga, Sanskrit, and Indian philosophy.
C.A. Sujiban Ghosh

An FCA and Finance professional, hailing from West Bengal, with over 3 decades of Experience across Multi-National Corporations and Educational Institutions, he has helped establish financial systems at new Universities, such as Manipal and Others. As the Chief Financial Officer at Chanakya University, he is responsible for the establishment of financial administration and systems.
