A national workshop on Bioinformatics and Biotechniques was recently organized to invite students to the newly inaugurated school of Biosciences. The agenda was not only exposing the students to the strength and ability of School of Biosciences to carry out cutting edge research, both experimental and computational but also announce and attract student to the newly launched PG Diploma Program in Bioinformatics and Synthetic biology. The event was attended by nearly 40 students who were demonstrated the RT-PCR and FPLC instruments along with an exposition on the usage of MOLSOFT by Advent Informatics Pvt Limited.
