About the Minor :
The dynamic advancements in Information Communication Technology (ICT) result in accelerating security challenges. This necessitates an adaptable and inclusive approach to the realm of cybersecurity. The rapid expansion of ICT has given rise to intricate inquiries that demand careful consideration. The causes and manifestations demand responses from the social sciences, civil society, and a very broad policy community. Recognizing the need to tackle cybersecurity, both in breadth and depth comprehensively, there is a pressing requirement to equip students with a holistic understanding of cyber threats. The Minor includes courses in Cryptography & Network Security Essentials, Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking/ Art of Cyber Defence, Cloud & IoT Security, Application Security and Incident Response and Management, Secure Software Development & Testing, Applications, Security Policy, Governance.
