Dr. Ashwini is a researcher with 15 years of experience. She worked as a lecturer, corporate trainer, and teacher trainer followed by the Head Academics at Aarohi Research Foundation, Bengaluru. She has co-authored a report on immediate reforms in education which was submitted to Govt. of Karnataka.
