Dr. Anubha Kothari’s work enables leaders and visionaries to be the very best they can be and to create and lead values-driven cultures marked by limitless thinking. In particular, she explores how leaders might develop their uniquely human capabilities and unfold towards greater levels of wholeness in the age of AI, while benefiting from the use of transformative technologies, both ancient and modern. She is especially interested in the shifting roles and empowerment of women leaders in these times of transition.
A master of reinvention, she worked previously as a Leadership Coach and also as a Product Manager, building scalable products in the areas of AI, NLP, digital health, and e-commerce at companies such as Amazon, Yahoo, eBay, and Meta. Her work also reflects her multidisciplinary education which includes degrees from Stanford University in Linguistics (PhD), Management Science (MS), and Computer Science (BS), with additional coursework in Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship as a Mayfield Fellow (a selective work-study program that pairs Stanford seniors with cutting-edge technology companies).
Naturally, Anubha is a blend of East and West and draws upon a diverse set of cultural perspectives and life experiences. Her creative outlets include writing and dancing.
