Smt. Usha Subramanian is an alumna of BITS, Pilani with two master’s degrees, in Computer Applications and in Software Systems. Her strength lies in demystifying concepts and techniques to students at the undergraduate level, and challenge learners at the postgraduate level to make them excel.
In her career of 33 years, she has served as an educator in universities and in senior executive positions in the industry in the area of Learning & Development. She has taught in BITS, Pilani and in Myanmar Institute of Information Technology (MIIT), Mandalay, Myanmar. At MIIT, Usha also served as CIO of MIIT Internal Systems. She had held senior positions in her corporate roles at Ascendum Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Mphasis Ltd. Usha is very process-oriented with her biggest achievement in getting Mphasis certified PCCM Level 5 certification.
