The School of Management Sciences, Chanakya University, in association with the NIPM KC Student Chapter – Industry Mentorship, organized an insightful session on “People, Perception and Performance: The Psychology of Modern Workplace” on 13th November 2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Rajashekhar S, Senior Manager – Learning and Talent Enablement at Paramount Computer Systems.
