As part of the Studio Course “Introduction to Temple – Art, Architecture, and Iconography”, from Chanakya University visited the Bhoga Nandishwara Temple on 24 July 2025. The session was led by Arjun Bharadwaj, who explained the history, structure, and cultural role of the temple. The visit introduced students to the layout, shrines, mandapas, and carvings, helping them connect classroom learning with real examples. Students also learned about the temple’s development across different dynasties and its significance in local traditions. This visit was part of Chanakya Studios’ approach to learning through direct experience, encouraging observation, discussion, and group work. The field study gave students a chance to see how ideas of space, form, and symbolism are expressed in temple architecture, building a base for their future projects and presentations.
