- Visa extensions can be processed online through the e-Foreigners Regional Registration Office (e-FRRO) portal.
- Visa extension requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the Visa’s expiration.
- Applicants are advised to initiate the document request (if any) and submission process well in advance
- Any required documents from the institute will be provided by the relevant department upon request placed well in advance.
- All fees and expenses associated with the Visa extension are the responsibility of the applicant.
- The university administration is not responsible for any complications or delays encountered during the Visa extension process.
- It is the primary responsibility of the international student or visitor to apply for the Visa extension on time and seek necessary assistance.
- The university administration will always adhere to Visa compliance & regulations and expect the international students to follow during the entire duration of their stay
- Health/ Medical insurance cover should be extended by the student accordingly and details should be shared with university administration.
- The university will not be accountable to the e-FRRO for any overstays by international students or visitors, it is responsibility of visitors to extend Visa and Health/Medical Insurance on time.
