Law of Contracts, Legal Methods, Research Methods & Legal Writing, Administrative Law, Torts, Company Law, Cyber Law, Digital Privacy, E-Commerce Law

My research journey is driven by the intersection of emerging technologies and traditional legal frameworks. Having taught subjects such as E-Commerce Law, Law of Contracts, Administrative Law, and Legal Writing, I have developed a particular interest in understanding how the law responds to and evolves with digital innovation. The rapid growth of artificial intelligence and digital platforms poses novel challenges that necessitate both doctrinal clarity and regulatory foresight.

My LL.M. (Hons.) dissertation explored the legal implications of false promises in intimate relationships, which strengthened my grounding in criminal and gender justice jurisprudence. Subsequently, I have examined how digital tools intersect with company law, as presented in my recent work on artificial intelligence and corporate accountability.

I am equally interested in the role of constitutional interpretation in democratic processes, as evidenced in my research on Direct Benefit Transfer schemes and their electoral ramifications. This multi-disciplinary approach—spanning technology, constitutional law, and policy—underpins my current research trajectory.

Additionally, I seek to contribute to pedagogical reform and curriculum innovation. I actively participate in legal aid seminars, student mentorship, and public legal education. As a certified resource person on cyber law and digital privacy, I aim to engage with contemporary policy questions, particularly those affecting digital rights, access to justice, and governance.
