iLEAD@Chanakya, inspired by the acronym, is a unique 6-day residential summer boot camp for children from grades 10th to Grade 12th, promising to be a high-energy, engaging, and exciting camp, where kids get to collaborate, connect, and learn leadership and life skills in a very positive and experiential methodology. Chanakya University, pioneering the NEP-inspired multi-disciplinary programs, is hosting this summer boot camp committed to creating transformative leaders for the future.

Children get to live and experience in the State-of-the-art, World Class Global Campus spread across 116 Acres near Bangalore International Airport with excellent Hostel facilities for Girls and Boys. They will be mentored and guided by the best faculty from our Indian Knowledge Systems, get wisdom shots from our Deans, Career Guidance with psychometry tests and counseling from the best faculty of Psychology, Leadership Lessons from the best Management Faculty, learn Theatre and Pottery from artists and artisans. Meet, interact, and learn with professionals and skilled people from the ground.

1. Contemporary course curriculum designed as per Industry needs.

The curriculum is designed in a contemporary method; aligning with industry needs and a thorough understanding of the skills, knowledge, and competencies that employers are looking for in their employees. Certificate programs that are designed to develop the domain specific skills and soft skills are embedded in the program structure.

2. Flexibility for students through Semester Fast-tracking, Industry micro-credentials and hybrid learning ecosystem.

The fast learners will have the advantage of flexibility of semester fast-tracking, industry micro-credentials and hybrid learning ecosystem. This enables a student to advance their terminal semester.

3. Global perspective:

The BCom program provides an international perspective through internationally accepted Certificate programs and interactions with global institutions. Students can learn about global business practices and gain skills that are relevant in a global economy.

4. Internships and industry projects:

B.Com program include opportunities for students to gain real-world experience through internships and industry projects. These experiences provide students with practical skills and allow them to apply what they have learned in the classroom to real business situations.

5. Immersion and Student Exchange Program:

The B.Com students will have an opportunity to have an immersion program with academic institutions pan India during the semesters. Student exchange programs during semester breaks will ensure a cultural immersion in various institutions. Global immersions are also available for select students.

6. Industry Mentors for each Student:

Each student will be assigned to an Industry mentor. Industry mentors can provide valuable guidance and support for students who are interested in pursuing a career in a particular field. The student is benefitted through gaining industry insights, professional development, networking opportunities, skill building and personal coaching and advice.
