Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Centre for Integrated Public Health at Chanakya University, Devanahalli. The successful candidates will assist in coordinating daily operations and activities of the centre. The position will be available initially for one year and can be extended based on the performance.
Essential Qualifications, Experiences and Skills (position code- CIPH-AA-01)
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc. OR equivalent) in Science or Technology with at least 60% of marks or 6.50 CGPA from a recognized university.
- Project Coordination: Skills in organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling follow-up tasks (e.g., minutes, reminders, logistics).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders, as well as for preparing reports, emails, and other documents.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and possibly specialized tools used for scheduling or project management.
- Other skills: Good organisational and prioritisation skills, ability to maintain accurate records, team player and willingness to learn.
- Desirable Skills: Prior experience in Science/Project management or Computer programming.
Age
Not exceeding 32 years as of the last date of application.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be commensurate with expertise and experience
