As a part of celebrating the spirit of Indian Constitution, a week long events were held by the School of Law Governance and Public Policy. The Chanakya Moot Court Society (CMCS) was established in 2024 by the School of Law, Governance and Public Policy, Chanakya University. Committed to fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and ethical conduct, the Chanakya Moot Court Society provides a plat for law students to develop their advocacy skills, engage in legal research, and participate in moot court competitions. The inaugural of the Chanakya Moot Court Competition,2024 focused on Urban Water Management, a critical sustainability issue. By choosing this theme, the competition aligned with the objectives of the Chanakya Centre for Sustainability, highlighting the importance of addressing water resource challenges in urban environments.
