Students of Chanakya University participated in the Haritvam initiative that is a project of Campus 2 Community (a volunteering campaign) intending to enable young minds to focus on causes concerning the environment. This program was held on 5 April 2023.
Under Haritvam, as many as 70 students at the University volunteered in a program called 100 Green Campus through which they disseminated vital information and know-how on creating (and maintaining) eco-friendly campuses, at government schools across Devanahalli.
Through this program, the message of Go Green was effectively communicated along with throwing ample light on finding solutions for problems plaguing the environment such as water conservation and waste management.
Nanditha B.H. from the University was awarded the “Best Volunteer” in recognition of her event organizing and communication skills.
