The Industry Outreach Wing of Chanakya University organized SAMVAD – An Industry-Institute Interaction aimed at bridging the academia-industry gap for better understanding of industry expectations from student/faculty perspectives.
This interaction also emphasized employability and industry readiness of young graduates/postgraduates in the near future.
This event, held on 7 March 2023 at the Signature Club Resorts, Brigade Orchards, Devanahalli; witnessed key insights from industry experts regarding expectations from today’s industry and leveraging these to develop new academic programs by members of the academia. The event was graced by industry experts from
organizations viz. SLK Software, Ginserv, IBM, All India Manufacturers Organization, and more; along with faculty members of Chanakya University.
SAMVAD also witnessed valuable insights on bettering academic rapport with industries to ensure that future generations of learners become industry ready and potential Thought Leaders.
H N Srinivas, Tata Foundation, Subhojit Saha, GE HealthCare, Ms.Daisy Mishra, Former COO, Gokuldas Exports, Deans of various schools of Chanakya University, Registrar Dr Sushanth Joshi and Registrar Evaluation Dr. Sandeep Nair graced the occasion.
