Dr Shubhada Hegde and her team at SBS has published two articles in ‘Computational Virology’ under the Methods in Molecular biology-book series by Springer Nature. These papers give step-by-step instructions for bipartite network analysis of virus and host protein interactions using R programming language. This workflow is easily adaptable to virus–host interaction data derived from diverse experiments as well as databases. It also contributes to delienating their potential biological significance, facilitating the identification of novel targets for therapeutic interventions.
