Sri. Alok Kshirsagar

Sri Alok Kshirsagar is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in Mumbai, and has previously worked in the firm’s New York and London offices. He advises leading global organizations across Asia, Europe, and North America on globalization, performance improvement, and large‑scale transformation. A leader in McKinsey’s People & Organizational Performance Practice in Asia, Alok focuses on helping institutions sustain change through implementation excellence and capability building.

He has led several firmwide initiatives, including the McKinsey Asia Center and the Asia Risk Management practice, and currently serves in leadership roles supporting impact, execution, and organizational health. Beyond his client work, Alok is deeply engaged in public service and education. He is President of the National Association for the Blind, Karnataka, serves on the board of PRS Legislative Research, and is affiliated with the Indian School of Business. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, he holds degrees from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and the University of Oxford.
