Sri Adnan Sami is an acclaimed Indian singer, musician, composer, pianist, and performer known for his remarkable versatility and fusion of Indian and Western music traditions. Born in London, he was raised and educated in the United Kingdom and later became an Indian citizen. Renowned for his exceptional mastery of the piano, he has been described as one of the fastest keyboard players in the world and is credited with introducing Indian classical music to the piano on the global stage.
Adnan Sami has performed and recorded music in multiple languages, including Hindi, Urdu, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Indian music, he was awarded the Padma Shri, one of India’s highest civilian honours.
