Dr. Meena Nair

Dr. Meena Nair is a Geographer by academic training having done her graduation in Geography Hons from Miranda House, Delhi University, and her M.A, M. Phil and PhD from the Centre for the Study of Regional Development (CSRD), School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). After being awarded her Ph.D in 1997, she joined the world of Research in the Corporate Sector where she worked for 8 years followed by the Development Sector for 18 years. She has worked in and led Research Projects at the national and international level for funders that varied from Governments to Foundations and Multilateral agencies and presented at both national and international forums. Her areas of interest include conducting and imparting knowledge on action research, data analytics and interpretation and training and capacity building.
