Peeyush Anand
Ph.D., (Thesis Submitted) - IIT KharagpurMy research focuses on positive psychology, behavioral science, and organizational behavior, with a particular interest in understanding the psychological resources that promote flourishing and well-being. My doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur examines the antecedents and consequences of flourishing among emerging adults using structural equation modeling and latent profile analysis.
My broader research interests include psychological capital, balanced time perspective, spirituality, gratitude, decision-making, and behavioral outcomes. More recently, I have expanded my work to interdisciplinary areas such as human–AI interaction, AI-assisted decision-making, and the behavioral implications of artificial intelligence in organizational and social settings.
I believe that research should contribute not only to advancing theory but also to addressing real-world challenges. As an academic, I strive to integrate research with teaching by encouraging critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and ethical scholarship. I look forward to collaborating across disciplines and mentoring students while contributing to high-quality research and innovative teaching.
