Chanakya University’s Subhas Chandra Bose Chair of International Relations (School of Law, Governance and Public Policy) continues to advance its academic and research initiatives with a prestigious conference grant of up to ₹4 lakh awarded by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), New Delhi, for organising a three-day national workshop titled “India-Centric Research Design and Methodology in International Relations” from 16-18 July 2026.
Dr. Nishit Kumar, Assistant Professor at the Subhas Chandra Bose Chair of International Relations, secured the grant for this initiative, which aims to promote innovative research frameworks and methodological approaches rooted in India’s intellectual traditions and strategic experiences. Organised under the leadership of Ambassador Ashok Kantha, Chair Professor of the Subhas Chandra Bose Chair of International Relations and former Ambassador of India to China, the workshop will bring together scholars, faculty members, doctoral candidates, and young researchers from across India.
