Prof. Mahesh Panchagnula serves as Dean Alumni and Corporate Relations at Indian Institute of Technology Madras since September 2018. Prof. Mahesh Panchagnula holds a B. Tech. from IIT Madras, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University. He has been the Faculty In-Charge and had been Director of IITM Incubation Cell and has been in teaching and research for over 20 years. Prof. Mahesh served as Associate Professor, Assistant Professor at Tennessee Technological University from August 2005 to July 2010. He expertise is in fluid dynamics, pulmonary mechanics, aerosol dynamics, spray nozzle design and combustion. He is passionate about building institutions that endure generations and help students and researchers as well as to nurture, mentor and mould the leaders of tomorrow.
