Prof. Santosh Kumari is a Professor at Department of Commerce of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. She is an alumna of School of Education, University of   Nottingham, England, United Kingdom and University of Calcutta, India. She has been awarded ‘University of Delhi Scholarship’ by the Dean, International Relations, University of Delhi, India to study ‘Master of Arts in Educational Leadership & Management’ at the University of Nottingham, England, United Kingdom in the academic year 2015-16 and ‘Delhi University Staff Development Program Scholarship 2015’ by the Director, International Office, University of Nottingham, England, United Kingdom. In 2015-16, she visited and studied the education system of various prestigious International Universities viz. The University of Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Nottingham, The Anglia Ruskin University, Nottingham Trent University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Imperial College London, King’s College London etc. She has also visited and thoroughly experienced the traditions and culture of England, Scotland and various European Countries viz. France (Paris, Versailles); Belgium (Brussels, Bruges); Netherlands (Amsterdam), Germany (Berlin, Munich), Austria (Salzburg), Switzerland (Jungfraujoch, Titlis, Engelberg, Interlaken, Lucerne, Zurich), Italy (Rome, Vatican City) etc. as an Independent Solo Traveler.

She is the Founding Editor of ‘Strides – A Students’ Journal of Shri Ram College of Commerce’. She reviewed papers as a Referee for an International Journal titled ‘Educational Management Administration & Leadership’, Sage Publications (Los Angeles, London, New Delhi, Singapore, Washington DC and Melbourne) ISSN: 1741–1432 [print] 1741-1440 [online]. She has been associated with an International Project titled ‘PAN-African e-Network Project of Government of India’ sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. She is the author of various research papers published in National and International Journals. She has presented and published research papers in various National & International Conferences and Seminars.
