Research Quest
My research interests lie at the intersection of human behaviour, organizational systems, and policy initiatives. I am deeply passionate about exploring how individuals and organizations interact to shape outcomes in complex, dynamic environments. My doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode focused on Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, where I examined leadership, inclusion, and workplace dynamics as key determinants of engagement and performance.
My doctoral research titled ‘Adjustment of Blue-Collar Self-Initiated Expatriates in GCC Countries: A COR (Conservation of Resources) Perspective’ explored how individual and contextual resources shape expatriate adjustment and well-being in cross-cultural settings. My current research extends into areas such as low-status workers, expatriation, family systems, career orientation, leadership, and inclusion.
I have presented my work at national and international conferences, including the prestigious National Academy of Psychology (NAOP) Conference, and have published papers on job engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Through my research, I aim to contribute to creating workplaces that are equitable, engaged, and inclusive— where productivity is balanced with well-being. My long-term goal is to integrate behavioural insights into management education and organizational practice to foster meaningful, sustainable change.
