Dr. Preethi Vijayaraghavareddy completed PhD at Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands, and was awarded the INSPIRE Faculty Fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology in 2023 and was implemented at University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. During her MSc and postdoctoral research, she published 20 papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals. Her primary research interest lies in understanding plant responses to changing climate conditions, with a particular focus on the nocturnal physiology of plants. For this work, she was honoured with the Udayakumar Memorial Award from the Indian Society for Plant Physiology in 2024.
