Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / PhD positions under funded projects focused on bioengineered nanosystems for therapeutic applications at the School of Biosciences, Chanakya University, Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

This research focuses on designing nanosystems to address clinically relevant problems, integrating nanotechnology, materials science, biology, and clinical research. The work involves collaboration with hospitals and includes sample collection, in vitro studies, and in vivo validation.

Positions are supported through an ANRF-funded project and institutional fellowship.

High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to register for a PhD program at Chanakya University, as per university norms.

Essential Qualifications

• B. Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related disciplines

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Hands-on experience in cell culture and/or animal handling
• Exposure to cell and molecular biology techniques
• Basic data analysis skills

Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in interdisciplinary research
• Motivation for long-term research (PhD-oriented candidates preferred)

Age Limit

• Preferably below 28 years
