Dr. Siddarth Rai Mahendra is a semiconductor professional with over 10 years of industry experience in RF, mm-Wave, and Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) design. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University and has previously worked with leading organizations including Qorvo (USA), UBEC Corporation (Taiwan), IIT Bombay, and GlobalFoundries. Dr. Mahendra specializes in the Design and Modeling of RF CMOS Circuits including Front-end Transceiver Circuits and Passive High-frequency EM Modeling, with hands-on expertise across the Full Design Cycle. He has extensive teaching experience in Undergraduate and Graduate-level courses such as Electromagnetic Field Theory, RF IC Design, Analog Circuit Design, Microwave Circuit Design, etc. A recipient of multiple Scholarships, Academic and Industry awards, Dr. Mahendra has also been associated with Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) and is an active member of IEEE, with research interests in RF/mm-Wave/Analog Circuit Design, EM Field Theory & Simulations, and Semiconductor Process Modeling.
