The School of Biosciences has state-of-the-art infrastructure to drive frontier research in molecular, cellular, biochemical sciences and chemical biology. The laboratories are equipped with advanced instruments such as the ITC, SPR, Fermenter, FPLC, HPLC, PCR and qRT-PCR systems, western blotting apparatus with Chemi docs and Multimode plate reader, as well as advanced imaging systems such as Confocal microscope and Fluorescence Microscopes.
Core preparative facilities include centrifuges, incubators, electroporator, sonicators, spectrophotometer, autoclaves, and rotavapor to ensure seamless and high-precision experimental workflows. Dedicated BSL-2 bacterial, animal cell, and stem cell culture laboratories, complemented by a High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster with NVIDIA A300 GPU, provide an integrated environment for experimental and computational research, fostering innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
