Future forward: Biosciences careers & beyond

The session featured experts from academia and industry who shared valuable guidance on pursuing higher education, research careers, and global opportunities in biosciences.
The speakers included Jagannath Satpathy, Doctoral Researcher at KU Leuven, Belgium, and Dr. Prabhu Srinivas Yavvari (Argan Life Sciences, India), who provided practical insights into PhD pathways and industry careers.
The session was organized by Dr. Abhishek Singh, Senior Scientist at Freie Universität Berlin and Visiting Faculty at the School of Biosciences. It was highly interactive and helped students gain clarity on their future academic and professional directions.
