What continues to inspire me is the complexity of human behavior, the way people think, feel, and act within their social worlds, and how these patterns influence wellbeing and relationships. My doctoral research on school bullying deepened my interest in understanding the emotional and cognitive processes that drive aggression, empathy, and social connectedness. I aim to explore how individuals and communities can be guided toward healthier, more compassionate forms of interaction.

My current work draws from social, health, and positive psychology to design interventions that enhance well-being and resilience. I am also deeply interested in behavioral economics, particularly in how subtle nudges can shape decision-making and encourage prosocial and health-promoting behaviors. In addition, I explore how gendered experiences influence emotion, motivation, and self-concept. Through this interdisciplinary lens, my research seeks to translate psychological understanding into meaningful, inclusive, and positive social change.
