Dr. Aarti completed her undergraduate studies at St. Francis Degree College before pursuing postgraduate and doctoral degrees at the University of Hyderabad. Over the course of her academic career, she has held teaching and research positions at several esteemed institutions, including the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-Delhi), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), GITAM University, and the University of Hyderabad.

Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Aarti has received multiple accolades in recognition of her excellence. Notable achievements include the Young Psychologist Award in 2012, a gold medal for academic excellence in Psychology in 2013, and securing top ranks in the entrance examinations for both the Master’s and Ph.D. programs at the University of Hyderabad. She was also awarded a gold medal for the best doctoral research in 2022, and the IAAP NITTER Award for Best Research in 2020. Her scholarly contributions have been presented at various national and international conferences, where she has received commendations and awards for best presentations. In addition to her conference contributions, she has published six research articles in peer-reviewed journals and authored several articles in popular media outlets.
