My area of interest is in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and start-up mentoring.
Ajay has been teaching at Chanakya University’s School of Management Studies since 2022. He is a Professor at Indian Institute of Technology,Ropar where he teaches Chemical Engineering, Innovation Management and related subjects.
He has published widely rad articles on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. At IIT Ropar he also serves as a Director on the Board of Management of SCALE, a Section 8 company focussed on Continuing Education.
