Shreyas Jayasimha is an advocate, arbitrator and trained mediator with over two decades of experience in domestic and international dispute resolution. A graduate of the National Law School of India University and a Chevening Scholar at the University of Warwick, he co-founded Aarna Law in 2013 and Simha Law at Maxwell Chambers, Singapore. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and international arbitral tribunals, including as counsel for the Republic of India in investment treaty arbitrations. He is India’s sole representative at ICC FraudNet and has taught at NLSIU and IIM Bangalore.
