RNA India Meeting (RIM) 2026
Date:29-04-2026Dr. Sanjukta Mukherjee, Faculty at SBS, along with her research students, participated in the RNA India Meeting (RIM) 2026, held from 27–29 April 2026 at the AV Rama Rao Auditorium, Chemical Sciences Building, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru (https://www.rim2026.com/).
During the meeting, Dr. Mukherjee also became a registered member of the RNA India Society, a vibrant scientific network dedicated to advancing RNA research in India. Her membership profile is available on the RNA India website (https://www.rnaindia.org/team/sanjukta-Mukherjee)
RNA India is a collaborative network comprising more than 100 scientists from over 50 research institutions across the country. Working in close association with the international RNA Society, the organization fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers investigating the diverse roles of RNA in biology, physiology, and human disease.
The meeting provided an excellent platform for Dr. Mukherjee and her research group to interact with leading RNA biologists, exchange scientific ideas, and gain valuable insights into the latest advances and emerging directions in RNA research as well as their ongoing research work at SBS. The experience further strengthened their commitment to advancing RNA-targeted chemical biology and therapeutic research through interdisciplinary collaborations.
