Yash is a public policy professional, social entrepreneur, and practitioner-educator with over eight years of experience in internet governance, technology policy, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and development consulting. He currently serves as Manager, Global Stakeholder Engagement for South Asia at ICANN, working with government ministries, civil society, media, and community and technical stakeholders. He is also the Founder of Public Policy India (PPI) and STRIDE, platforms focused on community engagement, careers, research, training, and institutional capacity building in India’s public policy ecosystem. Yash has served as adjunct, guest, and visiting faculty at over 35 universities and institutions. Previously, he worked with Twitter India and South Asia and Chase Advisors.

His expertise includes public policy, technology policy, AI governance, internet governance, and regulatory.
