Advocate and Mediator Founder, Out of Court, Bengaluru

Meena Pershad Waghray is an advocate, mediator and trainer, and the founder of Out of Court (outofcourt.in), a platform dedicated to promoting mediation in India. She has over two decades of experience as an advocate before the Bangalore City Civil Courts, the High Court of Karnataka, Family Courts and Debt Recovery Tribunals. A postgraduate diploma topper from NLSIU in consumer protection law, she is an internationally certified mediator trained with the ADR Group, United Kingdom. She has trained over five thousand people in mediation skills, pioneering initiatives such as India’s first Young Mediators Training Program for school students.
