MS.P. Susmitha has an LLB degree from BMS COLLEGE OF LAW, Bengaluru and LLM 

Degree from Azim Premji University. She has previous teaching experience under Karnataka state law university, where she handled the subjects Legal Methods, Family  Law,  Public International Law and International Trade Economics.

Her Research Interests areas are Humanitarian Law, Cultural Legal Anthropology ,Law and Violence , Climate Justice and Public Policy. She wrote her LLM thesis on Humanitarian Law on the Topic“ Feminist Critique on Just War Doctrine”.  She Presented a paper on the topic “ Navigating Liminal Territories : A Multidisciplinary analysis of Kashmir and Gaza in Global Public Policy Discourse” at School of Law Vellore Institute of Technology,AP and Birmingham  Law school , University of Birmingham. She also worked for climate justice project as a part of Law and Policy Hub project at University.
