BBA – IDEAL is designed as a comprehensive and contemporary multidisciplinary approach to experiential learning. In consideration of the dynamic economic and digital landscape, the program is designed to offer employability and entrepreneurial skills for students with an aptitude for management.
The unique program pioneers the new model being promoted by UGC with an industry-curated competence in domain knowledge, skill development, and value clarifications for professional ethics. Driven by the stated vision of the university it offers a unique India-centric perspective in learning and application.
The program focuses on four crucial sectors: Retail, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), Manufacturing, and IT Enabled Service where students shall undergo immersion experience for understanding real-life professional orientation through various curricular devices including internships with firms where students can earn while they learn. The program thus aspires to prepare graduates capable of managing business, career, and most importantly the self.
