DESCRIPTION:The 7-day online workshop titled “Kauṭilya’s Blueprint
 for Leadership: Lessons from Vinayādhikaraṇa”\, organized by the
 School of Indian Knowledge Systems\, Chanakya University\, focused on
 leadership insights from Kauṭilya’s Arthaśāstra. Led by Dr. Vinayak
 Rajat Bhat\, the sessions explored themes like ethical leadership\,
 self-mastery\, and governance through classical frameworks such as the
 Saptāṅga model. Blending textual study with practical insights and
 traditional tales\, the workshop encouraged critical reflection and
